Have you heard about "Lucky" the koala bear?!? I think the oddest part about the Oddly Enough News is not the fact that the koala survived kissing the grill of a car at 60mph... It's the fact that the Reuters news team felt compelled to add, at the very end of the article, that the koala is being treated for a "chlamydial infection"... Totally necessary to get across the main of the story, you think?!? Riiiiiiiiiiiight... Later days...

So, it seems that my Slim Fast diet and increased exercise was worth it... We just tried on my dress, and it fits! I added the extra hook and eye closures just to be sure that it was sturdy, and I will probably wear the corset just as a little extra insurance... But, it fits! Thank you, thank you, thank you, sweet baby Jesus!!! I plan on continuing the diet just to be sure, but I am no longer ready to cry or have a nervy b... Yay! Later days...

Are, apparently, a big fascination of pre-schoolers (according to ParentCenter.com)... Really?!? Who would have thought?!? Teeheehee... Boogie is very proud of himself for knowing that boys have a penis and girls have a vagina (which he pronounces as "bah-gina")... Lately, though, he has been getting a little silly about the whole thing... Take last night, for example... Clark was trying to put Boogie's diaper on for bedtime (he still wears one at night even though he is potty trained during waking hours), and he couldn't because Boogie was busy playing with his penis... Not only was he grabbing it, but then he started to cover it up and smash it down with both hands, saying, "I have a bah-gina! I have a bah-gina!" Teeheehee... I love that crazy little kid of mine -- even if he did wake me up at 2:30am for a drink of water, a potty try, and a new diaper... Later days...

Well, thank you to Shinesalot and everyone else who is praying for me... I am confident that I will fit in the dress if for no other reason than the fact that I bought a crazy, lace-up corset yesterday... Still, I am also doing the "shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, and a sensible dinner" diet... I am going to Curves every morning (through Thursday, I think)... I am going to drink a shit ton of water every day... I will have nothing but healthy snacks in between shakes/meals... It's only a week... I can do it... And, I will look damn good in that dress as a result! ;-) Later days...

Corsets...

Are apparently very necessary in my case... I had my friend help me try on the bride's maid dress last night -- or rather TRY to try it on... Yeah... There was no getting that damn zipper up... I like the way that the lipo-in-a-box feels and doesn't pinch and everything, but I guess I need to put up with a bit of pinching if I am going to get myself into this dress... I will be out shopping for a corset today, and I am also starting a diet, effective immediately... Gah... I hate feeling so fat... Once his wedding is over, I could care less what size I am... But I HAVE TO fit into this dress next Saturday... I just have to! Later days...

As we were tucking him in, just now, he informed us that his Spider-Man pillow (which he cuddled up under his arm) was his "wife" and that his lovie was his "grandson"... Oooooo-kaaaay! Teeheehee... How people always mentioned the "7 year itch" when Clark and I told them this would be our 7 year wedding anniversary... Never knew the itch could be so literal! Teeheehee... Damn, I hope my doctor actually calls me back today... But, yeah, Happy Anniversary Clark! Part of me can't believe it's already been this long, but part of me can't even remember what life was like before you... Says in a cheesy voice: "You complete me"... Teeheehee Later days...

Itchy...

And swollen... I almost feel like I am preggers again! Teeheehee... I considered including a picture of my swollen ankle, but then I remembered that Boogie's real name would be on the internets, so I decided against that... Suffice it to say that I will be calling my doctor today to see what (if anything) I can take to take away some of this swelling and itching... I am not about to go and cut the skin off my ankle to remove the allergen, so I hope there is something else I can do until my body realizes that this isn't going away and chills out... At least, I'm guessing/hoping my body will eventually chill... Hmmm... Something else to worry about... Nice! Later days...
