16 weeks and growing well...
Later days...
I can't believe how pregnancy can seem to fly by at some moments and drag on at others... It's kind of like other monumental times in life, but it seems to be much more exaggerated than most... Today, I got to see one of the midwives in my regular OB/GYN practice, and I was all like, "Wow! I can't believe I have already been released from the fertility specialists!" Sometimes it feels like I just found out I was pregnant last week... Other times, like as I sit here feeling completely and utterly nauseated (and praying that the phenergan I just took will kick in soon), I wonder how I am only at 11 weeks... Clark and I will be taking pictures every Monday (as I begin the next week of my pregnancy), and I will try to remember to upload them in a timely fashion... If I don't... Well, sue me! Later days...

I marked that one "friends and family" only, so you will have to be signed in as an approved friend or family member of mine to see it (or you can choose not to look if you think it would be too gross... The other pics are from my visit with Flower last night... Everyone at work chipped in for some gorgeous plants, and they even gave me a gift card to get something else... I can't wait to get back and give everybody huge hugs!!! Later days...
Over a picture?!? Well, it seems that may come to fruition... Clark has already dropped the "D" word a couple of times today, all because his friends couldn't quietly chuckle and enjoy the picture of him in his footie pajamas... No! The Dungeon Master had to taunt him via text, and now I am stuck with a complete and total grump... Thanks, dude! (teeheehee)... Later days...
I apologize that I had not uploaded pictures from Christmas and such to my Flickr... After being without my camera for so long (when I sent it out to be fixed), I have gotten out of the habit of updating my pictures... Taking tons of pictures in Tennessee, nevertheless, has led me to realize that I better do something before I am completely overwhelmed by the number of albums I'll need to create... To be honest, I almost quit before I was done today, but I am too damn stubborn for that! I just mentioned that Boogie's 3-year-old picture is not hanging up yet, and Clark dutifully reminded me that we have yet to hang our family portrait from last fall as well... What the hell happens to the time?!? Later days...
They change so damn much in only a couple of years... Boogie used to be this little lump of dough that ate insatiably and occasionally smiled... Now, he walks around with a light saber humming/singing the Imperial March and saying, "You don't know the power of the dark side!" Too freakin cute! What's even stranger, nevertheless, is that my kid is equal parts geek, jock, and nerd... Who knew such a hybrid could exist?!?
